All classes are drop in and are available for online registration only. All purchases are non-refundable.

No email, text message, or phoned in registrations can be accepted.
Payment must be made before class.
All payments must be in cash, credit card or debit in studio. Absolutely no cheques are accepted. Debit is accepted in studio for class passes and merchandise.
No Show, Late Cancel, and Attendance Policies:
If more than three Late Cancels happen in one month students will have all future class reservations cancelled. In addition, no online registrations will be permitted.
All students must cancel online if they are not attending. You must cancel online within 8 hours before your class start time. (Anytime after this, a "Late Cancel" will be applied to your account. If you have a class pass a No Show will be automatically taken off your account. There is a No Show/Late Cancel fee of $10 per class.
Any student who no shows a special workshop will be prohibited from booking online again.
No refunds will be given for missed classes.
All students must be on time for class. Instructors have the right to refuse entry into class if the participant is more than 10 minutes late. The first 10 minutes of class is where the Instructor leads a warm-up. Warming up is crucial as it gets the mind and body ready for working out and prevents injury. This will not count as a no show.
No refunds are available for any class passes or workshops.
