"I've never Pole Danced before, is this class for me?"
Yes, Pole Trix's classes are for all fitness levels, beginner to advanced.
"What do I wear?"
We usually wear yoga type pants with t-shirts and bare feet. Most students also bring shorts for later in the class. For aerial yoga and hoop classes please wear a t-shirt that covers your armpits and pants that covers the back of your knees.
"What do we do in class?"
Every Pole Trix class starts with a full body warm up, including stretching, core work and a little cardio. Then the fun stuff, Trix! Spins, holds and inversions. The last part of class we learn a little routine and put all our new moves into action!
"What if I can't do it?"
You always work at your pace, so there is always something you can do! We start with simple moves and work from there. You will be surprised how quickly you pick it up.
"How do I register?"
